Mahaica

Today is the day we leave for Lethem but Reggie also had a surprise talk to give in Mahaica. They are without an elder for a few more weeks so he was glad to assist. We had a really good time. The congregation is very friendly and outgoing. We were even invited over for a meal at Brother Bakish's home. He has a beautiful garden. Later we learned that he at one time was the only elder for a couple of congregations. They staggered the meetings so he could ride his bike to the next congregation and conduct the meetings and he was a special pioneer. You could really feel his love and warmth for the friends. It was a pleasure to meet him. The need greater girls are from Arizona and were in the same congregation as the sister who studied with me there. Small world in the truth. There is a nice little sitting area in front of the KH that I'll post. This was a bubbly group. Thought I would post these pictures of Mahaica before we take off. Love to all!
